Volunteer deposit
The Eagles is a non-profit organization that relies on volunteers to get things done. Included in each athlete’s registration fee is a $50 volunteer deposit, which you can earn back by contributing six (6) hours of volunteer time or your deposit is used to pay for uniforms, supplies, and equipment.

How to volunteer
Download, complete and return a volunteer form and an Eagles representative will contact you. Once you have contributed your volunteer hours, contact the Treasurer for your refund. You can also contribute your refund to the Jack Dawson Scholarship for deserving high school seniors who have run with the Eagles.

Volunteer opportunities:
There are a lot of volunteer opportunities and pitching in to help is part of the Eagles experience. The following table lists volunteer opportunities and the Eagles Board member to contact for more details. Please indicate which opportunity you would like to volunteer for on your volunteer form.
